About Us 国际微无创医学会简介

The International Society of Minimally Invasive and Virtual Surgery (ISMIVS, previously known as International Society of Minimally Invasive and Noninvasive Medicine) was founded in July 2013 at the gala of the 1st Yangtze International Summit of Minimally Invasive and Noninvasive Medicine in Chongqing, China. ISMIVS envisions to accelerating the progress in minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine by promoting research, education, communication, and international collaboration.
国际微无创医学会（ISMIVS）是在 2013 年 7 月在中国重庆召开的第一届国际微无创医学长江高峰论坛上宣布成立的，旨在通过学术研究、教育、交流以及国际合作加快微无创医学的发展。

In July 2023, the Young ISMIVS Committee was formally established in order to respond to the development trend of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine, and further consolidate the core group of young physicians.
为顺应微无创医学发展的趋势，进一步凝聚中青年微无创医学骨干的力量，推动微无创医学的发展。2023年7月，国际微无创医学会“青年委员会”（以下简称“青委会”）正式成立。
As the youth force of the new era in the field of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine, the Young ISMIVS Committee carries the important mission of enlightening medical innovation and leading the development of this field. It will become a solid pillar to promote the breakthroughs in minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine to new heights through its unique vitality and profound deposits.

国际微无创医学会青年委员会2024年第一届学术会议

To further strengthen the academic exchange of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine, promote the discipline development, promote the transformation and application of manufacturing, academic and research achievements, and boost the new productivity in the field of health care, on July 26-27, 2024, the Third Academic Conference on Minimally Invasive Medicine of Sichuan Medical Association and the First Academic Conference of Sichuan Medical Association in Minimally Invasive and Noninvasive in conjunction with the First Young ISMIVS Committee Congress of 2024 were successfully held in Suining City, Sichuan Province. The conference was sponsored by the Sichuan Medical Association and the Young ISMIVS Committee, co-sponsored by the Specialized Committee of Minimally Invasive and Noninvasive Medicine of the Sichuan Medical Association and the National Engineering Research Center of Ultrasound Medicine in China, and supported by the Suining Central Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.
为进一步加强微无创医学的学术交流，助推微无创医学的学科发展、促进产学研成果转化和应用、推动医疗健康领域新质生产力发展。2024 年 7 月 26-27 日，四川省医学会第三次微无创医学学术会议暨国际微无创医学会青年委员会2024年第一届学术会议在四川遂宁市顺利召开。本次会议由四川省医学会、国际微无创医学会青年委员会主办，四川省医学会微无创学专业委员会、超声医疗国家工程研究中心协办，遂宁市中心医院、重庆医科大学附属第二医院承办。

The opening ceremony was presided over by Prof. He Suyu, the Chairman of the Young ISMIVS Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Suining Central Hospital. She extended a warm welcome to the participants, traced the development process and current situation of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine, and sincerely invited experts and scholars to speak freely and discuss in depth, to make suggestions for the development of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine, and to jointly promote the progress and development of this field. Prof. Chen Yongjun (Chairman of the Specialized Committee of Minimally Invasive and Noninvasive Medicine of the Sichuan Medical Association, Chairman of Suining Central Hospital Medical Group, Director of the Development Committee), Prof. Wang Zhibiao, (Director of the State Key Laboratory of Ultrasound in Medicine and Engineering), Prof. Yang Shasha (Deputy Director of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University), and Prof. He Jia (Vice Chairman of Suining CPPCC), addressed the conference respectively.
开幕式由国际微无创医学会青年委员会主任委员、遂宁市中心医院党委副书记、院长何素玉主持。何素玉向与会嘉宾表示热烈欢迎，她追溯了微无创医学的发展历程和现状，诚挚地邀请各位专家学者畅所欲言、深入探讨，为微无创医学发展建言献策，共同推动微无创医学事业的进步和发展。四川省医学会微无创学专业委员会主任委员、遂宁市中心医院医疗集团理事长、发展委员会主任陈拥军、超声医学工程国家重点实验室主任王智彪教授、重庆医科大学附属第二医院副院长杨莎莎教授、遂宁市政协副主席何佳分别为大会致辞。
The convening of the Standing Committee of the Young ISMIVS Committee provides a valuable growth opportunity and an international platform for young scholars and doctors. At the meeting, young physicians put forward many constructive opinions and suggestions on scientific research innovation, education and training, international cooperation and other aspects of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine, demonstrating the vitality and responsibility of the younger generation in promoting future development.
国际微无创医学会青年委员会常委会的召开，更是为青年学者与医生提供了宝贵的成长机会与展示舞台。会上，青年才俊们就微无创医学的科研创新、教育培训、国际合作等方面提出了许多富有建设性的意见和建议，展现了青年一代在推动微无创医学发展中的活力与担当。
The conference set up one main symposium and one parallel workshop and invited Wang Zhibiao, Huang Huxin, Hu Jingqing, He Suyu, Aranya Yantapant, Xue Min, Hamed Mohamed, Wang Shui, Chen Wenzhi, and 36 world-renowned experts from Thailand, Indonesia, South Africa and Australia to give excellent lectures. The latest practical experience and research results in the field of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine were shared. It covers the frontier technology, basic research, clinical practice and other aspects of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine. Their in-depth insights not only broadened the participants' academic horizons but also provided valuable ideas and inspiration for the further development of this field. The successful wrap-up of the conference not only highlights the vigorous development and international influence of China in the field of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine but also builds a high-level and multi-level academic exchange platform for global medical colleagues.

New Perspective in Focused Ultrasound 聚焦超声新视角

Factors influencing magnetic resonance imaging changes associated with pelvic bone injury
after high-intensity focused ultrasound ablation of uterine fibroids: a retrospective case-control study
子宫肌瘤高强度聚焦超声消融术后盆腔骨损伤磁共振成像改变的影响因素：
一项回顾性病例对照研究

This study aimed to investigate the potential factors influencing unintentional pelvic bone injury after HIFU ablation of uterine fibroids with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

本研究旨在通过磁共振成像（MRI）探讨影响子宫肌瘤高强度聚焦超声消融后意外骨盆骨损伤的潜在因素。

A total of 635 patients with fibroids treated with HIFU in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were enrolled. Based on the post-treatment MRI, the patients were divided into two groups: pelvic bone injury group and non-injury group, while the specific site of pelvic bone injury of each patient was recorded.

共纳入重庆医科大学附属第一医院接受 HIFU 治疗的子宫肌瘤患者 635 例，根据治疗后 MRI 检查结果分为骨盆骨损伤组和无损伤组，并记录每例患者骨盆骨损伤的具体部位。

Post-HIFU treatment, patients may experience pelvic injuries to the sacrum, pubis, or a combination of both, and some of them experience adverse events. Some fibroid features and treatment parameters are associated with the injury. Taking it's influencing factors into full consideration preoperatively, slowing down treatment, and prolonging the intraoperative cooling phase can help optimize treatment decisions for HIFU.

HIFU 治疗后，患者可能出现骶骨、耻骨或二者兼有的骨盆损伤，部分患者出现不良事件，部分肌瘤特征及治疗参数与损伤相关，术前充分考虑其影响因素，减缓治疗速度，延长术中冷却期，有助于优化 HIFU 治疗决策。
